Hello Volker,
I didn't follow the whole story, but if you have a problem retaining your
tape
in the drive then you must set the device parameter MOUNTRETENTION higher.
"UPD DEV xxxx MOUNTRETENTION=10 (minutes)

Hello *SMers,
thanks for your responses. I am sorry to say that all your tips didn't solve
the problem. I've packaged the actlog-ouput from tonight and the tape- and
disk-storagepool definitions and attached them as a zip file, to keep things
small.
If i shouldn't have done that please, mailing list admin, kick me.
