Hello, Yes, you can use tapes for copy container pools starting from 7.1.7 But you cannot update the access status of these tapes to offsite manually (via update vol, only if you use move drmedia).
This is a problem if a customer has the requirement to store copy pool volumes offsite and only has basic edition.
