Here are the steps:

1) Uninstall 7.1.x DP for Oracle
2) Uninstall 7.1.8 API
3) Install 8.1.4 API (it requires same gsk8cry64 and gsk8ssl64 versions as
7.1.8)
4) Install 8.1.0 DP for Oracle
