Hi *SM gurus,
I have about 10 servers that I backup with Tivoli Data Protection (MS
Exchange, ORACLE on
AIX and Windows NT, SAP).
Some major maintenance is done next week and everyone feels much better if
we would have
a full backup of all files - including the ORACLE, EXCHANGE and SAP files
that are now excluded
from the daily scheduled backup.
Now I could
* change the EXCLUDE statements in DSM.OPT and run the backup
* archive the complete servers (as the EXCLUDE statements are not
used)
* anything else?
What would you do if you had to take a full backup?
