Windows 2K TSM Server V 4.1.2; same for the client.

We've mapped the NAS drive but we're having trouble backing it up.  We can
see the network drive in the GUI, but we can't back up the files.  We're
being told that the files are open by another process: ANS4987E.  I'm
thinking permissions, but can't for the life of me figure out what I'm doing
wrong.

Ideas!?
