IBM is pretty short on answer to what levels of microcode, drivers, and ADSM
work well together.

Can you explain a little more what should be working with 4.2.1 bcos get
this improvement?

        Not likely. The first version of TSM with fiber support was 3.7.2
(or
        3.7.3, I don't remember which).
