ADSM V3.1 ADN Windows 2000

Hi

I need to install ADSM V3.1 over Windows 2000 S.O.
I'am having problems with the scsi tape backup (Exabyte Eliant 820).
When I try to start the SCSI device in the ADSM Utils program an error
windows appears ( Cannot find the device).

In the list of storage device the tape appears as GENERIC TAPE and not as
8MM. This can be an error ?
