Auditing Causes ADSM to fill up NT Event Log with 562/560

We have turned Auditing on to watch access to a directory.

Nightly backups are filling our event log up.

We increased the log size but I would just like to for ADSM to ignore this
directory.

An Exclude statement has been added d:\DirectoryName\...\*.*

Any ideas..
