Include/Exclude needed for Mac?

I am NOT Mac literate -
Would someone kindly share with me their INCLUDE/EXCLUDE list for Mac
clients?

There is a small set in the "Using the Mac Clients" book, but it looks to me
like there are other directories that can be exluded, like Netscape cache?
or the Spool Folder? Temporary Items?
