Hi Everyone - Does anyone have documented policies and procedures for a 24x7 operation with TSM. I've been asked to put something together on what it would take to have 24x7 coverage for TSM. I don't need the "how to" docs for specific TSM procedures. Or if there is a manual or website you could point me to, that would be great also. Thanks, Diana
