I assume you have been able to backup sucessfully in the past and
that this error has just started occuring...If so, it may be a problem
that is currently being investigated by Microsoft.
There may be a memory leak in Exchange 2000 when backing it up
remotely, which is what occurs, via the virtual exchange server, in
a cluster environment. If this is the same problem, you can free up
the 'leaked' memory by stopping and restarting the IS.

Is anybody backing up Exchange 2000 successfully with TSM (running on a
W2K platform) when Exchange 2000 is in a active/active cluster? And
have you had any errors scheduling it or more specifically have you seen
the error "The Computer is out of Memory" when backing the information
store up?
