Question about QUERY AUDITOCCUPANCY

Hello

We are running TSM 4.1.3 on an 8680 box with NT 4.0. as the OS
I have a question about the Q AUDITOCCUPANCY command, I know you are
supposed to run the AUDIT LICENSE command before it, but It just does not
seem to add up to me.
I guess the question I'm asking is do you trust the Q AUDITOCCUPANCY report?
Is there a better way of looking at the occupancy?
