Snap-in failed to init

Could someone please help me with this

I just installed TSM 4.2 for Windows 2000.  I unisntalled 4.1 and
then installed 4.2 from the CDs that I just received.  I also
installed the licenses and the device support.

However, when I try to run the TSM Management console I get the
following error.

Snap-in failed to initialize
  Name: -not available-
  CLSID: {2c7AE8AA-9C51-4DDA-B86B-16AB104Da92F}

What does this mean and what should I do?
