ARCHIVES FULLS under UNIX or NT

Hi,
I have to do an archive three-monthly of a whole Unix
and a whole NT.

If you use  the GUI you can select the whole machine,
but from command line you need to do an archive per
filesystem or NT unit.

Are there any option to do an archive complete of a
machine?
