Ho to you perform the above-mentioned. I've tried executing the "setup" of version 4.2 and it comes up with a message saying that I need to un-install the previous version of TSM. I'm quite sure you will not be able to restore the TSM ver 4.1.3 onto a new 4.2 installation.
