And the lesson, boys and girls?

When you're dealing with currently-evolving technology (as SAN
certainly is), you *always* download the latest drivers for Atape,
atl, and whatever else is relevant. This is bourn out by TSM
itself--the 4.2.0.1 server is de rigueur for successful SAN work.
