this could be becuase TSM is requesting a tape that is curently "Unavalible"
or something like that. Usually you should get more info there, It could be
alsow because of the drives ar Offline.

Ray look for Damaged or Unavalabel Tapes and if nothing comes up try looking
for I/O errors.

Anyway further analize is requerd.

PS. Why is my name so skrewd up. what "Encoding" shoud i use
