Subject: win2k auto-start failed service

A quick one;

Are there any 'gotchas' to watch out for when using win2k's ability to
automatically restart a service if it fails?

Could I end up with lots of 'Dr Watson, dsmsvc.exe failed' windows on
the
client desktop?
