The drive will autodetect if you do this.

When windows 2000 autodetects the drives, go into the manage portion of the
server and disable the drives.  Then be sure that within Tivoli the device
driver service is set to autostart.  Once you reboot again you will have
the name of the devices within the TSM utility.
