Hi Larry
The TSM 4.1 is a different license than 3.7. You can't even use the license
files that's included in 3.7. It will tell you that the server is not in
complicane. The files that are different are the license files and the
adsmlicn.dll file.
TSM 4.2 upgrades the database to a newer version, so if you upgrade, and
the run the server, you can't roll back to 3.7.
Best Regards

Hi:
Earlier this year we migrated to 3.7.2 from 3.1.
That involved a database migration, but otherwise was straightfoward.
Has anyone gone through the 3.7.2 to 4.1 migration?
Is there a database migration involved?
Any licensing issues?
Any gotchas that anyone has experienced?
