The 4.12 Client has a bug, instead of reporting the proper error, it displays the User Abort message. APAR IC29368 addresses this.
You have to check any other error logs on the client and server to try to determine what the real error is. The problem can range from no space in the storage pool on the server to no permissions on a drive ...
