I forget the volhist after the delete, the good command is

adsm>delete VOLHistory todate=<today> type=backupset volume=<volume number>
force=no
This command word since the version 4.3.

Thanks for the tip, but i already deleted every backupset with "delete
backupset *" When i do a "q backupset", i see none.
Still, the used backupsets are still in the volhist.
