The easiest way to find this info is in the accounting info.
You could make a script to stop accounting, process the file (copy/move to
tempfile) and start accounting. You can process the accounting-file in any
way you like. This way you could make a day-by-day analisys of your server
load. We use this method to export the accounting info from AIX to
OS/390-JARS. JARS is used to create billing info for our customers.

I'm looking for a script to calculate the transferred bytes for each node
per node and a total for the day.

Can anybody help me?
