What version of *SM was used to backup the files and which version are you using to restore with? We've seen it when mistakenly trying to restore TSM files using ADSM.

The manual says this is a system failure and to notify your system admin. The files were backed up under one OS and the restore attempt is under a new OS installation. I have given the user the latest client for Windows (4.2.1.15) to install, but I suspect that it will not help. Any ideas?
