We've been experiencing occasional restore failures as follows:

     1. TDP restores the last full backup - succeeds
     2. TDP applies incremental transaction logs - appears to
        succeed, but not all are applied
     3. Activation of the restored Domino database fails
        (reports corruption)

Tivoli has confirmed that this is NOT a TSM/TDP code problem - Domino
is occasionally improperly recording or even failing to record certain
events in its own transaction logs.

>From our perspective, however, we can not guarantee successful restores
from Domino transaction logs.  This is killing our service measures for
restores, and the failures are eroding client confidence in the use of
TDP/Domino for incremental backups & restores.

Are others on ADSM-L experiencing this problem?  Has anyone seen similar
problems with any competetive backup products that also apply Domino
transaction logs to perform restores?
