The retention inactive system objects like the registy became available with the 4.2 client... -----Original Message----- From: Joe Cascanette [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]] Sent: Thursday, November 01, 2001 1:27 PM To: [EMAIL PROTECTED] Subject: Windows 2000 System Objects (active directory) I currently have the option of: Include.SystemObject ALL STANDARD in my dms.opt file. My understanding was since I used the policy of STANDARD I would get the number versions retained under this policy. I went to perform a restore of active directory and even when I select to show inactive/active files, only one set of system objects show up.. I guess my question is how do I store extra copies of active directory?? Joe Cascanette The Cumis Group Limited
