I'm guessing you are compressing your data on the client side before you send it to the server. Otherwise you should be seeing much higher capacity numbers. It's either that or your drives aren't actually compressing the data. Yes, the report will indicate how much data actually went on the tape.

I would expect that the Estimate Capacity should indicate the actual capacity on the tapes (after compression), regardless of what is defined on the Devclass.
