Hint 1: Are you using PASSWORDAccess Generate? Hint 2: I had the same error trying to start onbar when logged as ordinary user and switched to root using "su". The problem disappeared when "su -" was used. My environment: TSM server 4.1.4.1, TSM client 4.1.3, DPI v4.1, IDS 7.31UC4
