Has anyone run across an example of a client (NT, running TSM 4.1.0) reporting a successful backup, yet the schedule log indicates that the backup never ran:

'DAILY_INCR'
12/12/2001 02:13:27 ANS1815E Either the window has elapsed or the
schedule has been deleted
The TSM server is running version 4.1.2.1, and the event listing for
the client says that it completed successfully.
