Take care if you want to keep the ADSM Password store locally. On x86 with ADSM 3.1.0.3, uninstall action remove all registry key. So you have to re-enter your password. In my case I had about 1000PC client to migrate from 3.1.0.3 to 4.1.1.16. I made a package and install 4.1 over 3.1
