What you can try is to attempt  a DB Restore from every tape in your
library, with only the last restore command having the "commit=yes"
parameter added (More info can be found in the Admin Guide under "Restoring
the TSM Database," and I highly recommend you read that section for issues
like this).  TSM will restore the latest database backup it finds when
doing this.  If you have a few hundred tapes, this isn't going to be fast,
but if you only have a few tapes that may be candidates, it won't take too
long.
