Is it ok to exclude ntuser.dat, and usrclass.dat ????

 Is is ok to exclude the below files? I found this tivloi link that seems to
 indicate such:

    exclude "*:\documents and settings\...\ntuser.dat.LOG"
    exclude "*:\documents and settings\...\ntuser.dat"
