Hi
According to the message, you are using EN_US as language environment in
your TSM. Is this language environment also installed in you operating
system? Probably not, and this is why you don't get a "real" error message.

Message 2289 is probably: ANR2289I Administrative userid admininstrator
name
defined for authority over node node name has not been removed.
You could check that and try running a audit lic afterwards.

Hi Gurus,
I noticed a strange behavior of our server, while trying to delete a
node. Problem looks like : the node is deleted, but when looking in the
activity log, I have the following message :

Could anybody explain me what this message 2289 means ?
Another thing : just after having been deleting this node, I issued a "q
lic", and guess what ? The number of lan managed system licenses wasn't
reduced at all !
Could it mean that some node related data still remains in TSM db,
therefore making it impossible to update the licenses count ?
We are running a TSM 4.1.3.0 .
Any help greatly appreciated !
