I'd suggest just stopping the TSM scheduler at the start of this job, then starting it again after the job is done. The NT command NET STOP "TSM SCHEDULERNAME" is used to stop the scheduler service, "NET START "TSM SCHEDULERNAME"" will bring it back up.
