Yes, it is feasible, if in the dsmserv.dsk file are only the mirror volumes inserted und if you use dsmserv loadformat only with the mirror volumes.
The dsmserv loaddb will inform you whether the dsmserv auditdb is necessary. It is possible to unload the database to tape with library type manual.
