The only time I have seen this message is when NIC settings and
Switch/Router settings were not hardset to the same port speeds.  I.e.
100/FULL or 10/half, etc...

have anybody the same Problem. TSM Server Schedule try to get connect to
the client schedule service on Windows/NT Machine. But the client
schedule
service did not work. On the server actifity log we got every 30 seconds
the message ANR8214E as long the server schedule work.
Can everybody tell me whats the reason for this message and how we can
stop. Thanks.
