Hi guys, One of my backup clients didn't quite make it through the night. The session was lost and not re-established. The only telling thing I could find in the dsmerror.log is this:
cuConfirm: Received rc: -72 trying to receive ConfirmResp verb I don't know what this means, and I cannot find what happened... Furthermore, I'm also experiencing sudden service-stops like Tor Arne Rysstad mentioned. Mine usually occur - if they occur - after giving the commands: q drme * wherest=vaultr move drme * wherest=vaultr tostate=onsiteretrieve CHECKIN LIBVOLUME 3583LIB STATUS=SCRATCH CHECKLABEL=BARCODE SWAP=NO MOUNTWAIT=60 SEARCH=BULK q req And then... *POOF*. I've already told Windows 2000 to automatically restart the services when they are down, but ofcourse, this is not what should happen. Strange thing is, it doesn't always happen, just once out of 3 to 5 times I think. Serverversion = 4.2.1.12, client version = 4.2.1.20 Kind regards, Rick Harderwijk Systems Administrator Factotum Media BV Oosterengweg 44 1212 CN Hilversum P.O.
