If it is Unix do kill -9 through crontab.Or say at cmd with out touching
crontab.

Does anyone know how to stop a backup by a certain time?  I have a situation
where the backup window is small and I need to make sure the backups are not
running by 5:15 am so the application can be brought backup for production
by 5:30 am.  Clients are Windows 2000 TSM v4.2.1 TSM server is v4.1.0 mvs.
