I don't know about corrupted, but it looks like someone went in and changed
the size of the Logical Volume.  If you look in the admin guide for raw
logical volumes vs files in filesystems, it'll tell you that this is one of
the dangers of using raw logical volumes.

Perpetua, I think it likely that you will have to do a dsmserv format to
format that volume for the new size before you do a dsmserv restore.

Probably , your DB volume corrupted. i observed the below messages saying
that your db size is changed.  Do you have point-in-time backup , then
restore it.
check admin guide for correct syntex on dsmserv restore db.
