If weverything was installed correctly and you rebooted or ran cfgmgr, then they should be there. Look at errpt and see if any errors, most likely will be some if not cabled correctly. Double check cabling would be my first step. It's easy to get the cabling on SSA wrong, you can "cable out" part of the drawer.
