It will disable all schedules. What do you like one schedule which has a
lot of nodes associated? or client only.

If you like to disable the schedule involving all associated nodes...this
is what I did...quite rude but it works..

"upd sched <domain> <sched_name> startd=07/31/2002. I advance the start
date to avoid starting the next day.
You can determine the day what you want. If you dont like the scheudle to
run on 04/20/2002 then set it to 04/21/2002.

Wouldn't this disable ALL schedules, instead of just the one you need to
suspend?

Subject: How Best to Suspend a Schedule

As a relative newbie to TSM, I'd be interested to hear what is the easiest
way to temporarily:
1- Suspend a backup schedule from running.
2- Suspend an individual client's participation in a backup schedule.

I've accomplished #2 by removing the client schedule association, though I
don't regard this method to be particularly elegant.

Thanks in advance.
