Hello, Did you do this via smitty - upgrade all? - I never believe it!! Maybe I should! It is easy to unhighlight a package, or miss it all together.
Can you check that you have the correct version of help? Or that the help was in fact installed? And that it exists in the right place. Make sure you reinstall the help files. I've struck this a few times, and as far as I can remember that is all I did.
