Get a fileserver an make sure all userdata gets saved on the fileserver. Backup your fileserver. Your users will quickly learn to use the fileserver since thier files will be available to them from any workstation when they use the fileserver, and files from the fileserver can be restored if they goof up. -- Best Regards Emil S.
