I understand that there may be some limitations to the Exchange API but I am not using this. I have shutdown all Exchange services and I am backing up the database offline using TSM BA client 5.1 and I still see the same performance of 8mb/sec. So in this case I am simply copying the file as flat file. I would expect better performance than this. Any ideas?
