Have in mind that TSM has the ability to filter messages and rules for filtering are different for each "receiver". So it is possible the messages you are missing to be enabled for the receiver ACTLOG and disabled for receiver TIVOLI. Check with "Query ENabled TIVOLI". This is equivalent to TEC adapter filtering.

Now I was wondering if there is a way to log the messages send from the Activity Log to the TEC-host, so a logging besides (after) the Activity Log. Then we can see where the transmitting stops.
