I've been running the 5.1.01 on Win 2k servers for about 2 months now without any problems. I had to remove the old 4.2.x services upgrade the client then recreate the service. I'm using the CAD mode.... I wish Tivoli would get rid of the "errors" it logs in the app log about the scheduler stopping with an RC of 0.....
