Netscape 4.78 is 8-th modification of 4.7 (4.7.8). Version 4.7 is unmodified (i.e. 4.7.0). And if you look at Bonus Pack CDs which come with AIX 4.3.3 you will find there both Netscape 4.7x (depends on release date of Bonus Pack) and JRE 1.3. They are ready for installation with smitty/installp.

Does anyone know where I can download Netscape 4.7 for AIX 4.3.3? The latest I find is Netscape 4.78 for AIX 4.2.
