Help topics are strung across page

[Sam Haziprodromu]

 Hi 'TSM ers, we recently upgraded our TSM server from 4.1 to 4.2 but we ran
into a problem. AT 4.1 when we sought help it gave us a full page and
syntax. On the newer 4.2 version help is now a single horizontal line strung
across the page. Could you please help us.

        P.S. This is my first query.
