Jason,

The first thing I would do is do an "audit library" and see if that
helps.  I am guessing this is a large library since you have 8 drives.
 But it still might be worth the time, since it should correct the problems.

If the "audit library" didn't help then this might be a stretch, but I
saw something like this once.  The customers robot was misaligned.  The
bar code reader was reading the right volume, but the robot was grapping
the wrong tape ( it was actualy grapping the tape next to it ).

I would look and see which tape was supposed to be mounted and which
tape the robot was actually picking.

Again let me be clear, I am taking a stab at this one.  It just sounds a
whole lot like what happened before.  Good Luck and let us know what it
was when you get it fixed.
