hi p�tur! thnx for your reply, the message im getting is ANR7864W Unable to write volume /bfaa1dk3/bf I created a logical volume and filespace named /bfaa1dk3 which resides on 1 harddisk of 10GB. there is aprox 8672MB freespace. Im using the GUI to create additional volumes.

It then formats and uses the space assigned. Now m,y problem is creating additional diskvolumes within adsm 3.1. I,ve tried doing this the same way, but it gives error. I.ve tried then to create a filespace for it, but it didnt quite grasp that either.
